Solar Appointment Bot

An internal tool for a residential solar sales team.

The bot records sales appointments booked by the team and keeps them in step across the tools the business already uses. It is a private tool for one company's staff — there is no public sign-up and no account to create.

What it does

• A team member books an appointment from a Discord command.
• The bot creates the homeowner, the deal and the calendar entry in Pipedrive.
• It notifies the person running the visit by Discord and by email, with a calendar invite attached.
• It records how the visit went and keeps every copy of the appointment — Discord card, Pipedrive deal, spreadsheet row — saying the same thing.

Google data

The bot writes appointment spreadsheets to Google Drive so that team members who have no seat in the CRM can still see their own appointments. It uses a single Google permission, drive.file, which reaches only the files the bot itself created. See the privacy policy for details.
